Shayla is waiting for a family

Sit down, relax, and listen to the stories that the talkative Shayla will want to share with you! A day spent outside with animals is right up her alley. Shayla has a keen artistic ability that she loves to use in her drawings and diamond paintings. While a lover of all animals, Shayla enjoys dogs, cats, birds, and foxes the most. When the weather keeps Shayla inside, she takes the opportunity to read or journal. She is always down to eat a slice or two of pizza, and her most-liked colors are blue and red. Shayla will have no problem joining in if you like to play games. This girl hopes to become a veterinarian when she is older. 

She is now in eighth grade, and lunch is the highlight of her day.

Shayla would do best in a family with a mom and a dad, with pets in the home; however, her caseworker will consider all family types. She has significant connections to maintain following placement. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
